Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We ship from the Netherlands to countries across Europe. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Within Europe (e.g. Germany, Austria): 2–5 business days

Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: Available on orders over €50 within the Netherlands

  • Orders under €50: Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and displayed clearly during checkout. The estimated standard rate is approximately €5.32.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 21:00 (CET) are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Important: For SEPA bank transfers, the order processing and same-day shipping promise only apply once the payment has been received on our account.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the status of your package.


5. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or lost parcels: Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact our customer service within 7 days at info@velida.nl. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Incorrect address: If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the sender and initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
